Japanese scientists have created the "elastic water."

The discovery was initially revealed last week in the latest edition of scientific journal Nature. According to Japanese scientists, this new material is very safe for the environment and humans, and very likely to become one of the important media in medical technology to help an injured or completing a safe surgery (seperti replacing part of the body is cut).Even with increasing density, this new material can be used to produce "ecologically plastic materials," or it can completely replace the plastic. This phase is still in the research until September 2010. But if successful, scientists may have found a breakthrough to make the world a little greener.
